Vertical Equity Group is a value-added commercial real estate investment firm based in Tampa, Florida. Currently, they own and manage a diverse portfolio comprised of office, retail, residential and other assets. We worked with them to create a simple, modern logo to help represent their business.
OBJECTIVE
Modern Logo Design
Since Vertical Equity Group is a real estate investment firm based in Tampa, Florida we wanted to incorporate noticeable downtown buildings with clean lines to give a modern look.
We took the V in Vertical and made the cityscape pop out from the center as well as the recognizable Platt Street bridge.
Overall our client was very satisfied with our design and got a mural made outside their office.
