Our Typical Process

  • 01. Consultation

    We love getting to meet our potential clients and we believe that starting a conversation about what you're looking for is really important for us to move forward and create a plan that fits your needs.

  • 02. Sign Proposal & First Payment

    After we get a chance to talk more about what you're looking for we'll send over a proposal going over what you'll receive, your payment plan, as well as our contract moving forward.

  • 03. Book Project Dates

    Congratulations! After you've made your first payment towards your project your project dates are booked and locked in.

  • 04. Collect Items & Start Project

    It's time to get the party started! We'll send over any questionnaires or forms that we need from you and if you're a website client this is the time we'll collect some things before getting started like images, text, etc.

  • 05. Review & Revise

    As we work through your project, we’ll send things your way to be reviewed & revised as needed getting us one step closer to launch day!

  • 06. Launch Final Project!

    Once everything is approved, that’s when your final deposit will be made and we’ll hand over your project. If you scheduled a website project with us, this is the point where we show you around your new site!

FAQs

  • Depending on the package you choose and the communication that we can receive from you, your project can be completed in 2-6 weeks from your start date!

  • Once we decide we're a good fit and move forward, we like to lock in your project and your dates through a 30% deposit. Once we receive the deposit you can rest assured that your dates are locked in!

    From there we schedule a payment midway through your project and your final payment will be due before the handoff of your project.

    Once the payment is received, we'll move forward with sending over all of your final files and/or website.

  • We do! We offer support and check-ins to our clients who choose to pay for monthly maintenance. With that service, we provide as-needed updates as well as a monthly analytic report.
